The SparkFun Inventor's Kit for Arduino Uno v4.1 is a great way to get started with hardware interaction, as well as programming with the Arduino programming language. It contains everything you need to complete five comprehensive projects consisting of 16 circuits that teach everything you need to know from blinking an LED light to reading complicated sensor signals. No previous programming or electronics experience is required to use this kit.
The online guide contains step-by-step instructions for building each project and circuit with the included parts. There is also example code is provided to make it easier to get started. The new concepts and components introduced in each project are explained at point of use, and there are troubleshooting tips as well to offer assistance in case something goes wrong.
To make the kit safe for beginners, soldering has been removed. SparkFun Inventor's Kit for Arduino Uno v4.1 is recommended for everyone from 10 and up who is looking for an Arduino starter kit.
