Elektor invites both aspiring and accomplished authors to contact us. For prospective authors, Elektor offers generous, royalty-based payments. This is a freelance opportunity; work in confidence and at your own pace. You have the utmost freedom to create and refine your manuscript with all the precision and detail it requires. Prior experience of book creation is not strictly necessary. We take care of proof-reading, layout and logistics. So why not try us with your own subject proposal?
It doesn’t matter in which area of electronics your passion resides; we want to hear from you! However, we are especially interested in books that focus on the fields of 3D printing, robotics, microcontrollers, embedded applications, programming, encryption & security, the internet of things (IoT) and electronics for beginners.
You are an experienced high-end specialist in electronics, hardware, software or a related field; highly enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and able to accurately convey detailed factual information in good grammatical English and with a good writing style.
You are interested in creating your own Elektor technical book and willing to reveal the extent of your subject knowledge with a keen audience.
